Blind boxes are sold as mystery items — we cannot guarantee or exchange specific characters or series.
We carefully inspect and package every order to ensure items are in excellent condition before shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to make it right.
